Do you only care for cats and dogs?

No! I care for animals of all size and shape – from tiny fish to big livestock and everything in between!

do you have any price discounts?

I do my best to keep my costs very reasonable for the level of personalized care Sunny Paws provides. There are certain occasions where a small discount may be available – message me with your specific petcare needs for a personalized service quote.

what happens at a "meet & greet"?

For every potential client, I offer a free “meet & greet” before any petcare services occur. The location is dependent on what type of care you desire (boarding versus in-home care). This is our chance to get to know each other and let your pet(s) get to know me as well as determine whether we are a good petcare match. Care details, pet personality, and routines can also be discussed.

how much notice is needed for care?

While advance notice of at least a week is preferable, I have taken on petcare bookings with notice as short as the day of. Care around the holidays tends to book up quite quickly, so advance planning is almost required. Schedules change so it never hurts to ask!

Do you use kennels/crates?

Sunny Paws Petcare strives to keep the pet in the environment style they know and are relaxed in whether that be kennel time or free roaming. Kennels/crates are not used unless that is what the pet is comfortable with. Boarded pets are allowed free roam access to the home and fenced-in backyard.
